📄 Returns & Refund Policy


1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns on most products within 7–14 days of delivery (depending on product category).
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices intact.
- Customized, cut-to-size, or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged on arrival.

2. Return Window
- Standard return window: 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Damaged/Defective items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

3. Return Method
- Returns can be requested by emailing hello@iforinterior.in or calling +91 63628 44358.
- Once approved, we will guide you through the process.
- Depending on location, products may need to be shipped back by courier or dropped off at our Bangalore store.

4. Return Shipping Cost
- Defective/Damaged products (our fault): Return shipping is free of charge.
- Other reasons (change of mind, wrong size chosen): Customer will bear the return shipping cost.

5. Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account.

6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for eligible products if stock is available.
- If replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance / Sale items.
- Custom-sized laminates, rafters, panels, or cut-to-specification products.
- Opened adhesive/chemical-based products.

8. Restocking Fee (If Applicable)
- For bulky items (wall panels, rafters), a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply if the return is not due to damage/defect.

📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy


1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across Bangalore, Karnataka, and all major cities in India.
- Some bulky or fragile products may be limited to certain pin codes.

2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom cut-to-size items may take 3–5 additional days to process.

3. Delivery Timelines
- Bangalore & nearby cities: 2–4 business days
- Metro cities: 4–7 business days
- Other locations: 7–10 business days

4. Shipping Methods & Partners
- We use trusted logistics partners such as DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, and local transport providers.
- All orders include tracking details shared via email/WhatsApp.

5. Shipping Charges
- Bangalore: Free delivery on orders above ₹10,000.
- Rest of India: Charges calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and pin code.

6. Delivery Instructions
- Customers must ensure accurate delivery address and availability.
- For bulky deliveries, ensure access (e.g. lifts, wide staircases) is available.

7. Damages During Transit
- If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos. We will arrange replacement or refund.

8. Delays or Non-Delivery
- Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier issues.
- If delivery is delayed by more than 10 days, you may request cancellation and refund.
